Quick barbeque marinade
Enough for a family sized BBQ
Liberally coat your Chicken pieces, Pork steaks, chops and ribs, burgers and sausages with this marinade before putting them on the BBQ, to give them a real lift.
Ingredients
¾ cup tomato ketchup
2 tbsp brown sauce
1 tsp BBQ seasoning
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp Season-all
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp tomato purée
